Responsibilities:
- Lead internal audits for various businesses of the organization that contribute to the execution of the internal audit plan.
- Establish and submit internal audit reports and recommendations to General Management.
- Work collaboratively with internal audit team members across Europe on group-wide audits.
- Establish objectives, processes and test controls for audits, working closely with other business units to develop a strong internal control environment.
- Monitor the audit system and be proactive in offering improvements.
- Participate in the internal audit plan including operational, regulatory, underwriting, claims and finance audits.
- Minimum 3 years of audit experience within the insurance or reinsurance sector.
- Experience in leading reviews and ability to write clear and concise reports.
- CIA / ACA / ACCA or similar professional qualification.
- Open to 15% travelling.
- Analytical, autonomous, solution-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in English, the knowledge of another European language would be an asset.
