To strengthen its Marketing & Communication department, Luxinnovation is looking for a Junior Events & Communication Officer (M/F), who will support and contribute to the organisation and promotion of national and international events, and to the agency’s overall communication strategy.
**Responsibilities**
- Events support & promotion:_
- Support the planning and organisation of various events (online and on-site) whilst ensuring the satisfaction of our internal clients
- Work closely with the Marketing & Communications team - more specifically with our Events Manager and our Head of Marketing - to implement the events roadmap
- Coordinate the set-up and logistics of both our online and on-site events
- Propose and draft social media posts/campaigns to promote events and engage with our target groups
- Develop compelling visuals for the promotion of our events, in collaboration with the Graphic Design team
- Contribute and maintain the marketing & communication editorial calendar for events
- Collaborate with internal clients to understand their goals and needs and ensure regular follow-ups
- Conduct post-event analyses and deliver reports to internal clients

- Provide support to the department for incoming marketing & communication requests
**Skills and qualifications**
- Master’s degree in communication, marketing or any related field
- 1 to 4 years of professional experience in the field
- Project management skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to details and ability to work with tight deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
- Perfect command of computer tools: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe
- Good knowledge of photo editing tools such as Canva
- Solid knowledge of web content management tools (CMS) and social media management
- Proficiency in English and French. Luxembourgish and/or German are an advantage.
