Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, **nous recherchons un Corporate Action Officer pour renforcer nos équipes à Luxembourg.**

Les tâches et responsabilités seront entre autres:

- Gérer les opérations liées aux actions corporate, y compris la collecte, le traitement et la communication des informations relatives aux événements et aux décisions corporatives.
- Coordonner les activités de réconciliation et de rapprochement pour assurer une concordance précise des données et des transactions liées aux actions corporate.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes, les contreparties externes et les autorités réglementaires pour assurer une conformité stricte aux réglementations en vigueur et aux meilleures pratiques du secteur.

Vous avez une solide expérience dans cette fonction et souhaitez poursuivre votre carrière au sein de grandes institutions financières.
