Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Corporate Actions Employee to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our corporate actions process. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to deliver exceptional service and maintain the highest level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  1. 1. Recording and verifying corporate actions, redemptions, and dividend notifications.
    2. Maintaining effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
    3. Monitoring and updating all corporate actions, redemptions, or dividends in a timely manner.
    4. Assisting in the issue, reconciliation, and follow-up of withholding tax refunds and tax returns.
    5. Replacing absent staff members in the section as needed.


Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should have:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Banking, or Economics.
  • Excellent banking knowledge.
  • Experience in the custody/securities business is an asset.
  • Fluency in English, with French being an advantage.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • A constant focus on quality and client service.
