As a Junior PMO, you'll join the Project Management team of a major actor of the Luxembourgish banking sector.

You will

Schedule management and milestone tracking

Creation of dashboards for tracking budgets, deadlines and quality

Draft governance & management reports

Coordinate and monitoring transversal activities across departments

Profile

**Required skills**:
1+ year of experiences as PMO in IT projects

University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or equivalent

Knowledge in 1+ IT Service Management framework e.g. ITIL

Excellent competences using MS Office / redacting quality documentation: Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio

Ability to redact well-structured documents e.g. offers, presentations, SLA/KPI reports, managerial reports, processes & procedures

Respect deadlines

Fluency in English + French and/or Italian knowledge

**Preferred skills**:
Ability to redact technical documentation e.g. MS-Visio schemas/diagrams
