Junior Project Manager - Support PM Office - fixed-term - Position located in Luxembourg (H/F)

YOUR CHALLENGE

Consolidation of the status of different sub streams for the weekly meeting

Preparation of the management slides for all different boards

Frequently monitoring of project deliverables

Definition and communication of the project governance

Tracking the progress of the project (budget / actual / forecast / deadlines etc.)

Managing the overall plan of the project

Monthly controlling and reporting update

Managing dependencies out of different streams

Ad hoc support for different project members on any project related questions

Monthly newsletter and intranet communication

Maintaining the meeting plan for the stakeholder updates

Keeping track of the project risk management

Organisation and preparation of off sites - preparing and collecting documents

**REQUIREMENTS**:
BSc/BA diploma in Banking, Economics or any other related field

Experience in PMO tasks preferred

General Private Banking expertise preferred

Strong organizational skills

Knowledge of project management tools (e.g. WBS, status reporting, progress tracking, budget/actual management, risk assessment etc.)

Good communication and collaboration skills

Very good German and English (written and spoken), every further foreign language is an asset
