**Business Training’s experience is built on solid ground**: we have been providing cutting-edge ICT training sessions for about 20 years. Originally, Business Training specialized in IT technical and end-user trainings (Windows, MS Office, etc.). A few years ago, our company widened the range of its training catalogue to also meet the increasing demand for best-of-breed management courses (PRINCE2®, IPMA, ITIL, etc.).

Business Training Luxembourg est à la recherche de sa nouvelle recrue en tant que Business Manager dans l'optique de diversifier ses services. Forte de son encrage sur le marché et de la demande croissante, vous participerez au développement de l'activité de consultance au sein de notre structure.
Responsabilités
Développer et maintenir des relations stratégiques de confiance à long terme avec nos clients et prospects afin d'atteindre la croissance organique et les objectifs à long terme de l'entreprise.
Identifier les enjeux au travers de rendez-vous clients
Analyser les besoins des clients et proposer des solutions.
Servir de point de contact pour les clients clés et les équipes internes.
Rechercher et trouver de nouveaux clients potentiels.
Gérer le cycle complet du processus de recrutement et de vente.
Se tenir au courant des tendances et des meilleures pratiques du secteur et du marché.
**Qualifications**:
2 - 5 années dans une fonction similaire au Luxembourg
Connaissance de l'écosystème Luxembourgeois
Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et aux relations interpersonnelles.
Aptitude à créer des réseaux et à établir des relations.
Capacité à établir des priorités et à respecter des délais critiques.
Aptitude à la résolution de problèmes et à la négociation.
**Langues**: Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, l'allemand est un atout.
Forte connaissance de la suite MS Office
Attrait pour la vente, le management et le recrutement
De formation supérieure (école d'ingénieur, de commerce ou équivalent)
