The ExecuJet Aviation Group is currently seeking a suitably qualified person to fill a temporary vacancy within the Operations Division, based at Cape Town International Airport.

**Purpose of the Job**

The main objective of the position is to effectively coordinate the ground handling, flight setup process, dispatch functions as well as all FBO type requests to ensure a service of high standards, quality and professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Effectively handle the ground handling process
- Ensure effective and efficient customer service to all clients
- Ensure effective marketing of the FBO services
- Ensure that all costing for invoicing are done effectively
- Effectively handle flight clearances, security services or any aviation service
- Ensure that all flight preparations are done
- Ensure effective post flight handling (receive aircraft on arrival, obtain relevant post flight details and documentation, handover to charter/dispatch)
- Assisting with all ad hoc duties as assigned by the relevant manager

**Requirements**:
**Experience**
- 2 - 3 Years’ experience in dispatching aircraft
- 2 Years general administration related experience, preferably in the Business Aviation

**Educational**
- Matric/Grade 12
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Relevant aviation regulatory training courses (Aviation Services, Airside Induction, AVOP, Dangerous Goods), Flightware Training (Preferable)

**Additional Requirements**
- Driver’s License (Code 8) & own reliable transport
