Un Assistant Team Leader est un passionné de commerce et particulièrement par le domaine alimentaire. Comme notre enseigne, un Assistant Team Leader est orienté service et toujours là pour faire naître le sourire sur les lèvres de nos clients. Au sein d’un de nos différents départements (Service, Fruits légumes, boulangerie), il assure une gestion optimale des équipes en collaboration avec son Team Leader et effectue une multitude de tâches opérationnelles en vue de donner l’exemple à l’ensemble de l’équipe.

**Concrètement, vous aurez comme missions**:
**Sur le plan opérationnel, dépendamment du département dans lequel, vous êtes affecté**:

- Accueil et conseils envers notre aimable clientèle
- Approvisionnement des produits en rayon et théâtralisation
- Suivi des normes et procédures relatives à la qualité, la sécurité et l’hygiène alimentaire Encaissement
- Participation à la réalisation d’inventaires

**Sur le plan stratégique, dépendamment du département dans lequel, vous êtes affecté**:

- Gestion des plannings des membres de l’équipe
- Garant de la bonne ambiance au sein de l’équipe
- Gestion des commandes et contrôle des stocks
- Analyse, contrôle et présentation des résultats financiers et non financiers du département

**Votre profil**:

- Vous êtes doté d’une première expérience réussie dans la vente dans une fonction à responsabilités
- Vous êtes souriant, orienté service et toujours prêt à conseiller nos clients
- Vous aimez effectuer des tâches variées et êtes dynamique
- Vous avez le sens des responsabilités et l’esprit d’équipe
- Vous êtes à l’aise avec les chiffres et avez un bon esprit d’analyse
- Vous êtes un bon communicant et avez un leadership naturel
- Vous êtes flexible et êtes prêt à travailler les week-ends
