Le département « Corporate IT & Entreprise Architecture », qui conçoit, développe et gère les infrastructures ICT et Telecom de POST Luxembourg, est actuellement à la recherche à temps plein d’un(e)**Systems Analyst** **(M/F/n)**

**Vos missions**:

- Assurer le support 2e niveau du Core Banking en collaboration avec le fournisseur du progiciel bancaire et des tierces-parties : résolution des incidents, suivi des problèmes et des changements correctifs dans le respect des bonnes pratiques du modèle ITIL
- Intervenir dans la coordination et l’exécution des Releases du progiciel bancaire
- Assurer l’intégration et l’automatisation des flux entre les différentes composantes du système informatique bancaire et des interfaces externes
- Assumer un rôle de DevOps sur l’infrastructure Apache Airflow mise en place autour du futur progiciel bancaire Finacle avec des développements Python
- Assurer une cohérence d’ensemble entre les releases du progiciel bancaire et les évolutions du Web Banking
- Supporter le métier dans la prise de décisions relatives aux domaines de compétence à couvrir
- Assister dans la gestion des projets ou changements en cours

**Votre profil**:

- Être titulaire d’un Master (Bac+5) en informatique ou avoir acquis au cours de votre carrière une expérience équivalente au diplôme
- Disposer d’une solide expérience dans le domaine de l’informatique bancaire et en particulier dans celui des progiciels bancaires
- Faire preuve d’autonomie, de curiosité et d’esprit d’initiative
- La pratique d’un environnement Unix, des langages Shell Scripting et SQL est requise ; la connaissance du PERL et du Java est considérée comme un avantage
- La connaissance du langage Python et de l’infrastructure Apache Airflow est considérée comme un avantage
- La connaissance des mécanismes ITIL et d’un outil de ticketing tel que Service Now est considérée comme un avantage
- Avoir une grande capacité d’écoute et une bonne capacité de communication
- Maîtriser les langues françaises et anglaises, le luxembourgeois et/ou l’allemand constituent un avantage
