**Accountant - Private Equity Firm**

**Accountant - Private Equity Firm Description and objectives**

Private Equity looking for an in-house accountant (junior or senior) to work on the lead companies and the ones in the portfolio.

**Fund administration**
- CRS/FATCA filings - coordination with service provider
- Information provision to depositaries of the Euroknights funds and Luxembourg fund entities
- Information provision to fund auditors
- Assistance with investor requests where required
- Bank payments for the various funds
- Various follow-ups (DD fees budget, UBS facility limits,...)

**Luxembourg portfolio companies**
- CRS/FATCA filings - coordination with service provider
- Participating in the implementation and/or exit of participations held within Luxembourg structure under the supervision of the Secretary General.
- Provision of quarterly information - accrued interest and cash movements on the portfolio - to the internal middle office team.
- Coordination with the service providers for the different SPVs and review of their output.
- Other ad-hoc requirements as they arise from the investment team and/or supplier
- Cash management and monitoring - preparation of budget.

**Group entities**
- CRS/FATCA filings - coordination with service provider
- General accounting/bookkeeping and reconciliation of accounts of the group entities (bank statements, incoming invoices treatment and payment, budget, cash management,...)
- Assistance on ad-hoc projects - general
