**Weare seeking a future team member to Lead our Transfer Agency Teams in Luxembourg.**
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Head of Function role in Luxembourg, with direct operational responsibility for our Alternatives and Traditional Transfer Agency Teams.
- Responsible for resource allocation and for ensuring projects are on schedule and to budget.
- Develops policies and processes to ensure the volume of work produced meets product/service standards and exceeds quality standards.
- Ensure we are in compliance with local CSSF Regulations and Circulars, and responsible for any Transfer Agency related inspections or audits.
- Key member of the Global Transfer Agency (GTA) senior management team, with responsibility for implementing GTA strategy in Luxembourg.
- Sets departmental budgets and conducts resource planning, with particular focus on the new business pipeline and headcount planning.
- Management of the Outsourcing framework and Oversight function, ensuring we remain in compliance with CSSF Outsourcing regulations and BNY policy.
- Foster a Team Excellence environment where we Thrive Together in order to make continuous improvements and ultimately deliver for our Clients.
- Act as a senior escalation point for Clients in Luxembourg.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
- 10-15 years of work experience in Financial Services is preferred with at least 3-5 years in management.
- Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
- Demonstrated experience as a successful Leader
