**Portfolio manager F/H**

Rattaché au département de Gestion Sous Mandat, vous serez en charge des portefeuilles multi-classe d’actifs dans le cadre de gestion des mandats sur mesure et le référent de l’équipe dans la sélection de Fonds. Vous assurerez la promotion de l’expertise de la Gestion de Portefeuilles auprès des Commerciaux et des Clients et participerez à la prise des décisions d’investissement.

A ce titre:

- Vous gérez les dossiers clients UHNW dans le respect des profils d’investissement, des univers, des procédures Gestion Discrétionnaire et des contraintes de gestion des clients
- Vous contribuez au suivi et à l’analyse de l’univers des fonds de placement repris dans la construction des portefeuilles
- Vous participez aux comités d’investissement avec d’autres gérants basés dans les différents sites de BNPP WM (Suisse, Allemagne, Espagne, Asie, )
- Vous contribuez à la communication de la Gestion Discrétionnaire à travers des réunions avec les équipes du Front et / ou la production des supports de communication
- Vous participerez à la production des propositions d’investissement et des rapports clients
- Vous défendrez les convictions et les résultats de la gestion devant les clients UHNW
- Vous contribuez à la réflexion continue sur l’amélioration des processus et de l’offre
- Vous participez activement au développement commercial de l’activité de Gestion Discrétionnaire en collaborant avec les gestionnaires Front
- Vous analysez les fonds d’investissement sur toutes les classes d’actifs en tenant compte de la philosophie et du processus d’investissement, des styles de gestion, de la qualité des asset managers
- Vous recommandez les fonds d’investissement au Comité Fonds et aux gérants de portefeuilles multi-assets.
- Vous assurez le suivi des performances et des risques à l’aide de contacts réguliers avec les asset managers et d’analyses quantitatives
- Vous contribuez à la gestion des solutions fonds type multi-manager à travers tous les profils de risques
**Profil recherché**:

- Diplômé d'une école d'ingénieur finance/mathématique, Master Finance ou Master ingénierie financière, vous avez acquis une expérience significative dans le domaine des marchés financiers, dans une salle des marchés ou dans le domaine de la gestion de portefeuille. Vous êtes à l'aise avec les concepts mathématiques et financiers, avec les outils de bureautiques (Excel, Powerpoint) et les outils analytiques / d’aide à la décision (par exemple, Reuters, Bloomberg, APT) La maîtrise des outils de programmation (VBA) est un plus.
- Vous avez un profil financier « généraliste » - c’est-à-dire vous êtes à l’aise avec les instruments financiers appartenant aux différentes classes d’actifs, avec les produits structurés et dérivés avec une maîtrise approfondie des fonds de placement et de leur sélection.
- Vous êtes doté d'une bonne autonomie, de capacités rédactionnelles et de très bonnes capacités en communication. Vous avez un bon esprit d'équipe, et vous maîtrisez l’Anglais (obligatoire). La maîtrise d’une autre langue européenne est un plus.
