Le University of Luxembourg Competence Centre (ULCC) est l’organisme de formation continue universitaire partenaire de l’Université du Luxembourg. Sa mission est de développer, proposer et gérer des programmes de formation répondant aux besoins du marché et soutenant les grands axes de développement de l’économie luxembourgeoise.

Dans le cadre de ses activités, l’ULCC recherche pour entrée immédiate:
**Un(e) Web System Administrator**
**CDI Temps plein**:
**Vos activités et responsabilités**:

- Conception, déploiement et maintenance de solutions techniques (internes/externes) ;
- Déployer, configurer, maintenir des serveurs Web ;
- Installer, configurer, maintenir des installations de LMS (Learning Management Systems) et de CMS (Content Management Systems) ;
- Identifier/proposer des solutions techniques pour les besoins de projets en apprentissage digital ;
- Cartographier des processus métier pour les convertir en besoins fonctionnels, puis, après les avoir sélectionnées, déployer et maintenir les solutions IT correspondantes (ex : sites Web, TMS, CRM, etc.).
- **Participation avec l’équipe IT aux autres tâches du pôle, notamment**:

- Maintenance et suivi de l’infrastructure existante ;
- Participation aux différents projets du pôle IT ;
- Rédaction de documentation et de procédures IT ;
- Assistance aux utilisateurs et gestion d’incidents via un système de tickets.

**Votre profil**:

- De formation supérieure en informatique (BAC+3 minimum) ;
- Expérience d’au moins 3 ans dans des fonctions similaires ;
- Maîtrise des bonnes pratiques d’administration Web sous Linux (sécurité, firewall, stratégie de backups, architecture, etc.) ;
- Bonne connaissance de solutions CMS et LMS Open Source (idéalement WordPress, Moodle) ;
- Bonne connaissance du fonctionnement des APIs (SOAP, REST) ainsi que des standards OpenID, OAuth, LTI ;
- Connaissances générales de l’écosystème Microsoft : Active Directory, Windows 10+, Microsoft Office Suite, Office365.
- **Sont considérées comme un avantage toutes connaissances complémentaires en matière de**:

- Cloud-Azure, AWS ;
- Virtualisation VmWare ;
- MDM - Intune ;
- Notions ITIL ;
- Outils de gestion de projet ;
- Modélisation de processus métier.

- Sens de l’organisation et capacité à gérer les priorités ;
- Flexibilité et polyvalence ;
- Aisance en communication et sens du service ;
- Maîtrise des langues française et anglaise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit ;
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe ;
- Sens de la discrétion.
