**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning & Development Leader to join our organization. As the Learning & Development Leader, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive on-boarding, ever-boarding, leadership development programs and growth mindset. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for employee development and success.
**Responsibilities**:
**On-boarding**
- Develop and execute a robust on-boarding program for new hires, ensuring a smooth and effective integration into the organization.
- Collaborate with various teams to create comprehensive on-boarding materials, including orientation sessions, training modules, and resources.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance the on-boarding process based on feedback and evolving business needs.
**Ever-boarding**
- Identify and address training needs and specific skill gaps within different functional areas of the organization.
- Implement ongoing learning and development initiatives to support the continuous growth and professional development of existing employees including soft-skills training and functional training.
- Partner with department heads to identify ever-boarding needs and customize programs accordingly. Collaborate with 3rd parties to design relevant and engaging training content.
**Leadership Development**
- Develop and lead leadership development programs to cultivate a strong leadership pipeline within the organization.
- Identify high-potential employees and design tailored development plans to enhance their leadership capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide coaching, mentorship, and training opportunities for emerging and current leaders.
**Growth Mindset**
- Foster a culture of personal development by creating initiatives and by providing resources and guidance for self-directed learning, goal setting, and continuous improvement.
- Encourage employees to take ownership of their professional growth and support their development journey.
- Design and facilitate team-building activities, enhancing team collaboration, problem-solving skills, and productivity.
- Develop and implement career pathing frameworks that provide employees with clear guidance on potential career trajectories within the organization. Collaborate with managers to identify career paths, skill requirements, and training opportunities.
**Team Management and Coaching**
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to the team reporting into you.
- Set clear goals and expectations for the team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging professional growth and development.
**Qualifications**:
**Basic requirements**
- Proven experience in designing and implementing successful on-boarding, ever-boarding, leadership development programs.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and evaluate program effectiveness using data-driven approaches.
- Passion for employee development, continuous learning, and staying abreast of industry trends.
- Hands-on approach, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English
**Preferred requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification in HR or Learning and Development is a plus.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment is preferred.
- Experience in technology sector or/and customer service type organization is preferred.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing successful on-boarding, ever-boarding, leadership development programs.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and evaluate program effectiveness using data-driven approaches.
