The Reverse Logistics Services (RLS) team manages the in-store customer experience (CX), item induction, and transportation of returned items from customers to Return Processing Centers worldwide. Our vision is to increase customer trust by providing a convenient returns experience to every Amazon customer regardless of fulfillment channel and geography.
We develop programs, products, and features to increase Customer Convenience while decreasing Return Cost for Amazon. We are continually innovating, improving, and eliminating the upstream defects by implementing repeatable mechanisms.
In this role, you will be joining the EU RLS Team as a Program Manager, focusing on Heavy and Bulky Returns Transportation and EU in-store experience. For this, we are looking for someone with excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.

Key job responsibilities

**You will**:

- Work closely with business and operational stakeholders
- Manage Heavy & Bulky carrier integration and transportation performance
- Collaborate with transportation technology teams to launch new programs and features, and problem solve existing pain points

**You will also**:

- Manage data collection process to evaluate EU10 in-store Returns Customers Experience.
- Collaborate with others PM in the team to eliminate defects, improve CX and decrease costs by raising the in-store CX bar.
