**Senior Fund Compliance Officer - Vos missions principales**:
- Examiner les due diligence des nouvelles structures de clients lors de leur intégration et traiter les demandes des agents de transfert concernant les diligences sur les investisseurs ;
- Gérer les processus de conformité des fonds au quotidien pour s'assurer que les rapports sont complétés avec précision (correction des problèmes, examen des écarts, préparation et révision des rapports de gestion, etc.) ;
- Effectuer le screening quotidien des clients, investisseurs et parties liées sur les listes de sanctions et PEP, et assurer le suivi et les escalades nécessaires ;
- Examiner les rapports de suivi des transactions émis par les agents de transfert ;
- Vérifier la documentation d'ouverture de compte et mettre à jour les systèmes avec les détails des clients ;
- Collaborer avec la première ligne de défense, assister aux réunions et effectuer les due diligences ;
**Senior Fund Compliance Officer - Ce poste est fait pour vous si**:
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de niveau Bachelor ou Master en finance ou droit ;
- Vous avez au moins 2 ans d'expérience en conformité des fonds au Luxembourg ;
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance de la directive AIFM et des circulaires de la CSSF liées à la conformité ;
- Vous maîtrisez l'industrie des fonds luxembourgeois et les réglementations relatives à la surveillance de la conformité des investissements ;
- Vous avez de bonnes compétences organisationnelles pour respecter les délais ;
- Vous êtes capable de travailler en autonomie ainsi qu'en équipe ;
- Vous parlez couramment le français et l'anglais.
