We have an attractive opening in Digital Marketing for the position of Social Media Manager to be carried out for the well renowned fitness club FACTORY 4 (full time) and ILCOSMETICS Group (partial support), a leading company in the cosmetic industry. Two companies that belong to the same owner.

WHAT?

You’ll manage our online presence by developing a strategy that is coherent with each brand. You’ll be producing engaging content for our websites and social media (mainly Instagram, LinkedIn, and FB), analyzing user generated data, establishing and measuring KPI’s, facilitating customer service and managing projects and campaigns.

You’ll be able to understand all types of metrics and tie them together to give an overall view of our company's social media performance against business objectives.

HOW?
- By creating contents and/or be creative enough to brief our partners (agencies)
- By implementing a strategy to make our audience grow
- By implementing and following Google and FB ad campaigns
- By being proactive proposing a winning social media strategy based on your data analysis
- Knowledge in Google analytics in a nice to have
- By regularly updating our website content

WHO?
- Master’s degree in Digital Marketing with a specialization on Social Media.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Digital Marketing
- An experience in beauty or fitness environment is a plus but not mandatory
- Designer/graphic skills could be a plus
- Fluent in English, French is a plus
- Work permit for Luxembourg
