**Job Description**:
Our client, an international bank, is looking for a Assistant Manager with a strong Fund Accounting/Custody background to act as the primary client contact, maintaining relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
**Job Description**:
Maintain high quality Alternative Investment fund operating standards, procedures/best practices and quality controls
Responsible for KPI reporting in line with client service standards
Support the client account opening and maintenance flow in collaboration with the Custody Team
Establish and maintain relationship objectives
Represent the department in the regular meetings with the Custody Team and monitor the quality of the KPIs
Act as escalation point for client service issues
Proactively manage the query resolution process with frequent updates to clients
Liaise with clients and internal departments, building trust and credibility
Support of Fund Accounting tasks as required
Remain knowledgeable of changing industry initiatives and educate clients
5 years of relevant Luxembourg Alternative (PE/RE/debt) funds experience or Custody Client Service Role
University degree in Finance or related field
Fluent in written and spoken English; another European language is an advantage
Experience working in an international environment
Excellent client service and relationships management skills
Strong problem solving skills including the ability to identify, recommend and implement solutions
Ability to multi task and prioritise effectively
