**About the Role**:
As a Commercial Transformation Project Manager, you will **support the Project Leader in the effective implementation of the Commercial Transformation program**, a key Group project aimed at **transforming our commercial capabilities at Global level.**
You will coordinate the project streams of responsibilities, guaranteeing the correct implementation of the project plan and of different project phases, respecting budget, time and quality requirements.
**Main Responsibilities**:
In this role, you will work closely with Group Functions' teams in Luxembourg as well as with the Ferrero Regions and Business Units.
Your main tasks will be:
**PROJECT PLANNING**
- Develop the project operating plan according to the Program roadmap designed in collaboration with the Operational Excellence Steering and Group Functions, especially Sales Business Development (SBD).
- Support the definition of the project’s scope, objectives and approach, defining activities, timing, responsibility for the different streams highlighting milestones and deliverables
- Discuss project plans and updates with the project leader and all relevant stakeholders.
- Align with the Project Management team to prioritize projects and programs based on CBOs and SBD priorities and business strategies
**PROJECT DEVELOPMENT**
- Cascade project plan for the different streams to stream leaders and local PMO in the Regions
- Identify projects overlaps or conflicts (timing, resources, objectives) and facilitate the conversation to solve issues and escalate if necessary
- Ensure the implementation of projects according to project plan
- Support the implementation of best practices transfer among streams / teams
**PROJECT MONITORING**
- Monitor the state of work in terms of deliverables and timings
- Check project objectives feasibility and recommend proper actions to be taken to tackle project issues
- Provide periodical consolidated information to project leader
**Who we are looking for**:
- Relevant academic background (Bachelors, Masters, MBA or related)
- 6-8 years of professional experience, with a previous experience in a Business Unit commercial excellence team, Sales, trade marketing or strategic consulting (for FMCG)
- Excellent project management and analytical skills
- Strategic mindset
- Ability to work in a matrix organization
**IT**:
- MS Office, especially Power Point and Excel.
**Languages**:
- English proficiency is a must;
- Any additional language is a plus
