**Key Accountabilities**

**Digital marketing & communication (M&C)**
- Develop and implement digital M&C campaigns, including Web, SEO/SEM, display and social media advertising
- Contribute to the digital M&C strategy and plans
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

**Web management**
- Maintain functionality, appearance and accuracy of the institute’s new Web platform and websites
- Identify, recommend and implement continuous improvement, responsiveness and SEO
- Collect and analyze Web metrics, identify appropriate KPIs and provide regular tracking and reporting
- Contribute to Web related projects (Newsletter dissemination, digital internal communications, ).

**Community Management**
- Design, build and maintain social media presence in line with the M&C strategy
- Monitor and report on the institute online reputation
- Measure and report performance of community management and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Develop influencer network to increase visibility on social media
- Promote and evangelizes community activities internally. Develops and maintains community training resources, guidelines, and policies.
- Train staff on how to participate and engage in the community.

**Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Digital M&C
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Web, digital M&C and social media management
- Languages skills: English (Excellent oral and written command).
- Good knowledge of French, German and Luxembourgish would be an asset
- Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas.
- Adaptable and flexible individual
- Good time‐management and organisation skills
