**Job Description**:
As part of the PR & Marketing team, you will report to Head of PR & Marketing, supporting a variety of day-to-day internal communication, change management and policy communications tasks.
**Key **responsibilities**
- Serve as internal executive Communications lead for HR and C-Level management team
- Work cross-functionally with internal departments, to identify and draft newsworthy pitches and secure appropriate communication.
- Create communication strategy and calendar for internal communication.
- Support the development of communications plans, including change management and implementation, company policy changes, HR initiatives, pitches, key messages and Q&A
- Craft internal communication for HR and C-Level Management, making sure our employees understand our company’s objectives and our engagement campaigns, content, channels and events drive maximum employee engagement
- Always-on horizon scanning for the latest trends, with a particular focus on enabling two-way conversation and driving employee engagement in a scheduled environment.
- Leading and supporting on ad-hoc engagement projects as directed by the Head of HR
- Write content and messaging consistent with communication objectives related to business/HR vision and objectives
- Convey information in a clear, consistent voice
- Manage end-to-end communications projects/initiatives Partner with Luxembourg/Budapest HR and PR/Communications colleagues to understand goals and assist in implementing communications tactics Help ensure effective communications globally, as needed, in coordination with HR and regional Management. Establish relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure that all announcements have appropriate buy-in and to gather relevant facts and information
**Qualifications**:
- BA/BS degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related degree
- Relevant recent experience in Corporate Communications, Internal or Change Communications, HR Communications
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Well-developed strategic thinking, attention to detail and tactical execution skills
- Knowledge of corporate employee communications tactics and execution, preferably in IT services or within the technology industry
- Ability to effectively partner with direct management, team members and shareholders
- Strong project manager and multi-tasker, comfortable in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
- Multi-lingual communications capabilities (English, Hungarian is strongly appreciated)
- Willing to travel to our different headquarters
