The Corporate Communication Team provides advice and leadership on all aspects of internal and external communications, and external relations. The Team manages corporate social responsibility and outreach programs, the new social intranet site, media relations and - as a growing demand - our social media activities.
As Corporate communications manager, you are responsible for the strategic planning and programming related to communications, external relations, and stakeholder engagement. The role requires a strong focus on strategies to increase visibility and influence, and to support the achievement of corporate goals. Effective relationship-building, strategic communication and partnerships - and a proven hands-on approach - are key demands in this role as it interfaces with diverse internal and external stakeholders. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Communications you will have the opportunity to work with high responsibility and full empowerment in a modern and up-to date environment. You will be in direct contact with senior executives and stakeholders in and outside the bank, managing internal and external projects.
**Responsibilities**:
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**

- Actively engage and manage press relationships to secure coverage surrounding the programs, special events, public announcements and other projects.
- Proactively identify opportunities for engagement and influence by being current with developments that relate to all key stakeholders and partners.
- Anticipate reputational risk issues and develop and implement appropriate communication actions.
- Work with senior management and department staff to determine the areas where the institution can impact the regional and international dialogue on development issues through the development and publication of materials, and participation in selected public speaking events.
- Champion communications throughout the institution to ensure that communication considerations form an integral part of policymaking and project designs.
- Work with management across the bank to develop internal communications programs and processes required to support organizational change and employee engagement initiatives.
- Develop and/or conduct media and communications training for staff and assist in the development of Culture programs.
- Inspire the Corporate Communications team and be active in the ongoing improvement of the team’s skills.
Must Have Requirements

**Has a proven track record and technical skills**:
- Master’s degree
- 5-10+ years’ professional experience at senior level
- A track record in internal and external communication
- Sound experience in building strategic roadmaps with regards to Media Relations and Stakeholder Management
- Expertise in driving and steering expert teams
- Sensitivity to the regional, international and multicultural environments
- Excellent level of French, English and Luxemburgish
- Strong experience in state-of-the-art communication tools
