In this role you will be responsible for providing operational support to the local and global EHS teams. You will be working closely with operations and be involved in the development and implementation of EHS programs and policies. Your work will involve various Wellness initiatives and you will support the global Wellness program. You will interact with other members of the global EHS team to share best practices and collaborate on global processes and programs. You will be located in our European headquarters in Dudelange/Luxembourg and report directly to the local EHS Manager.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide comprehensive support for Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives
- Raise employee awareness about EHS standards and practices
- Participate in safety investigations following incidents, ensuring effective corrective actions are taken
- Manage internal and external (AAA) accident reporting
- Conduct risk assessments and safety inspections
- Analyze Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and determine appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Schedule, track, and coordinate EHS-related training sessions
- Organize and schedule occupational health exams
- Participate in other related EHS project work as required

**Qualifications**
- Degree in Engineering, Safety or Environmental Science (Master level required) "Travailleur designé à la sécurité" certification is considered an advantage
- 1-2 of work experience in similar position/industry
- Knowledge base of EHS management concepts and local EHS regulations and standards
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and build positive working relationships
- Flexibility to handle changing priorities and work in diverse environments as well as meeting deadlines
- Keen eye for detail to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to EHS initiatives
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German is required, and French is a plus
