We are looking for a **Junior In-House Accountant (M/F)** on a permanent contract.
**Your profile**:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting;
- 1-2 years of professional experience in a fiduciary
- Experience with Sage accounting software (Bob50) would be an advantage;
- Good written and oral communication skills;
- Fluent in French and English;
- Team player, proactive, organized and dynamic.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
- You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day accounting (banks, invoices, accounts payable, etc.) of the group's companies as well as the preparation of the financial statements (Lux GAAP);
- You'll be in charge of the preparation of the invoices to be sent to the customers and the follow-up of the payments;
- You'll be responsible for the preparation of outgoing payments;
- You’ll liaise with and provide information to customers, suppliers, banks and public administrations;
- You’ll report financial results to top management on a monthly basis;
- You’ll prepare periodic VAT returns for the group companies;
- You may assist the team with various administrative tasks.
