**WHAT TO EXPECT**
As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward-thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Focusing on the **Automotive Replacement** business**, you will be **working full-time from our Luxembourg office**and**you will develop and execute marketing strategies to strengthen relationships with distributors & OEMs, driving product demand and sales growth.
- Closely working with our Marketing Director, EMEA, you will be sharing methodologies, processes and project plans with internal stakeholders and marketing team members to ensure correct implementation.
- Your objective/goals will be to translate company strategic goals and KPIs into tactical communication projects.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling marketing communication projects by implementing an array of online and offline channels, tools, tactics, and plans, including events, collateral materials, online activities, content management, brand strategy, and PR & media advertising.
- Collecting all relevant information and managing projects from creation to production, including copywriting and editing, supervising creation, planning, deadlines, content quality, budget, and overall effectiveness.
- Following up closely on project-related marketing communication expenses and reporting spending to the Marketing Director.
- Liaising effectively with internal key contacts (Product Managers, Technical Managers, Regional Marketing Managers, and Sales Managers/Directors) to gather all relevant information for project management.
**ABOUT YOU**
- University degree in Business, Marketing and/or Communications and at least 5 to 8 of years' of progressive experience in a similar position
- A relevant experience in a B2B / B2C marketing environment, ideally within an industrial company or/and in the bicycle/powersports industry is highly appreciated
- Good commercial judgement and use common sense
- Ability to get results and answers to questions on a timely basis with sometimes limited resources and data
- Excellent communication skills and positive behavior
- MS Office - especially MS Excel
- Fluency in English - spoken and written
