Au sein de la direction générale, l'équipe Événementielle & Sponsoring est responsable de la coordination des événements internes et externes, de la planification à la coordination et au support technique.

Nous recherchons actuellement un(e) **Stagiaire - Events & Sponsoring (M/F/n)**

**Projet de stage**:
Vous contribuerez à l’organisation et à la promotion d’événements internes et externes, tout en représentant l’entreprise, avec pour objectif de proposer des améliorations concrètes aux processus de communication événementielle.

**Vos missions annexes**:
En complément de votre projet de stage, vous serez amené, sous la supervision et le contrôle de votre tuteur de stage, à:

- Participer à l’organisation d’événements tels que séminaires, forums, congrès, lancements de produits, foires, road shows, événements sportifs et culturels
- Contribuer à l’organisation opérationnelle : sélection du lieu, gestion de projet, coordination logistique et scénographique, gestion des prestataires et des participants, ainsi que négociation tarifaire
- Anticiper les risques et aléas liés au projet
- Assurer la communication sur l’avancement du projet en termes de qualité, coûts et délais
- Suivre l’exécution du projet et établir un reporting régulier
- Coordonner le débriefing et réaliser une évaluation post-événement

**Votre profil**:

- Être étudiant en cursus BAC+3/Bac+5 avec une spécialisation en Marketing / Communication
- Être conventionné(e) par un organisme de formation (école, université) pour une période de stage de 4 à 6 mois consécutifs, idéalement à partir de juin 2025
- Faire preuve d’un esprit critique, être force de proposition, créatif et curieux
- Maîtriser les outils bureautiques usuels (Pack Office) et, idéalement, Photoshop et Dynamics
- Avoir une bonne maîtrise du français et de l’anglais. La connaissance d'autres langues sera considérée comme un atout
