**DESIGN MANAGER FAÇADE (F-H) - BELGIQUE ET - LUXEMBOURG**
**TACHES**:
- Assurer l’interface entre le Project Manager, la direction technique et l’équipe design ;
- Gestion journalière de l’équipe design tant sur la qualité de travail que le respect du planning ;
- Participer et accompagner le Project Manager dans les réunions de coordination et mise au point technique du projet avec l’équipe projet client ;
- Préparer le volet design et assister aux réunions de chantier : KickOff, coordination externe et interne, Shut Down ;
- Gestion des points suivants : plans, planning études, liste des plans, plan de contrôle, matrices, liste de pièces, packing list, dossier de production et de pose ;
- Suivre les commentaires sur plans d’exécution du contrôleur technique et de la maîtrise d’œuvre, et mettre à jour les plans en conséquence ;
- Transmettre au département calcul dans les délais impartis, tout document permettant de vérifier l’atteinte des objectifs de performance et la stabilité des ouvrages ;
- Elaborer le planning des études du projet en accord avec le planning général du projet et du bureau d’études ;
- Gestion des dossiers suivants : dossier pour le contrôle technique, dossier de production, dossier de chantier, dossier As Built (selon les informations en retour du chef de chantier) ;
- Assurer la transmission via le Project Manager des plans et autres documents pour approbation dans le respect du planning des études du projet ;
- Définir, selon le planning, les besoins en ressources pour son équipe ;
- Suivre la formation et intégration des nouveaux dessinateurs affectés à son équipe ;
- Transmettre conformément au planning, les informations nécessaires (données techniques et plans du dossier) aux dessinateurs;
- Présenter conformément au planning les dossiers de fabrication aux autres services;
- Diffuser les plans de principe et plans de façade pour usage interne au Project Manager, Production, Site Manager;
- Rédiger les métrés ou typologie A3;
- Management des dessinateurs engagés spécifiquement pour un ou plusieurs projets : formation, suivi opérationnel.
**PROFIL**:
Vous êtes dynamique et aimez travailler en équipe;
Dans notre contexte international, l’anglais est indispensable;
Vous avez entre 3 à 5 ans d’expérience à un poste équivalent, dans la construction.
