**Assistant Manager Tax Compliance : Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Supervise tax compliance processes**, ensuring the accurate preparation and review of **VAT, CIT, and corporate tax returns**.
- ** Manage and review tax-related work** completed by senior and junior team members, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- ** Monitor and enforce adherence to local and international tax regulations**, ensuring timely and precise tax filings.
- ** Assist in tax audits and manage tax reporting** across the group, providing strategic input on tax-efficient structures.
- ** Collaborate with senior management and external advisors** to address tax-related matters and optimize tax strategies.
- ** Support internal teams in tax planning and structuring initiatives**, offering expertise to enhance compliance and efficiency.
- ** Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of tax filings** to regulatory authorities, maintaining strict compliance standards.
**Assistant Manager Tax Compliance - Your Profile**:
- ** Educational background**: A **Bachelor's or Master's degree** in **tax, finance, or accounting**.
- ** Experience**: At least **five years of experience** in **corporate tax, VAT, or tax accounting**, preferably gained within a **Big 4 firm, financial institution, or the real estate sector**.
- ** Technical expertise**: Strong understanding of **local and international tax regulations**, with proven expertise in **VAT and corporate tax compliance**.
- ** Language skills**: Fluency in **English** is required; knowledge of an additional **European language** is an asset.
- ** Attention to detail**: Highly **meticulous and organized**, with the ability to **work both independently and collaboratively** within a team.
- ** Communication & interpersonal skills**: Strong **written and verbal communication skills**, with the ability to effectively **engage with stakeholders at all levels**.
