Ihre Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung des Asset-Management Teams in der gesamten EMEA-Region
- Aufbau einer engen Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern und Funktion als Hauptansprechpartner für die CSSF, FMA und andere Aufsichtsbehörden
- Unterstützung bei der Compliance-Prüfung und -Genehmigung neuer Transaktionen, Produkte und Fonds
- Entwicklung und Pflege von Compliance-Plänen, damit verbundenen Richtlinien und Verfahren, sowie Überwachung der Einhaltung dieser Richtlinien.
- Verantwortung für die Berichterstellung über die Einhaltung von Vorschriften gemäß den Compliance-Plänen und dem Governance-Rahmen.
**Ihr Profil**:
- Erfahrung in der Vermögensverwaltungsbranche (ggf. auch in den Bereichen Recht, Finanzkriminalität oder Regulierung), vorzugsweise als Multi-Asset-Manager oder OGAW-Manager.
- Kenntnisse über europäische und luxemburgische Vermögensverwaltungs-Vorschriften
- solides Verständnis von OGAW-, AIFMD- und MIFIDII-Richtlinien, als auch von lokalen Gesetzen (insbes. CSSF-Rundschreiben 20/752 und einschlägige AML-Gesetze und -Verordnungen)
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
