Extensive years of relevant work experience in digital marketing, CRM, marketing communications, product management, and/or consumer products and services.
- Several years of people management skills, both of individual contributor and manager roles - able to inspire, coach, develop, and grow a team.
- Highly analytical. Ability to distil data, customer feedback, team member inputs, and leadership direction into an actionable and inspiring strategic vision.
- Experience managing large-scale marketing programs and writing/reviewing/approving customer-facing content.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and experience presenting strategic plans and business results to senior leaders.
- Ability to develop and continuously improve processes that save time and increase accuracy and evaluate resource usage across global marketing teams.
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent years of relevant experience.
The EU Devices team is looking for an exceptional Product Marketing leader to lead a diverse team focused on growing Amazon’s Fire Tablet products business in Europe. This position is a highly visible role that requires interaction and partnership with senior leaders across Amazon. The output of this team will have material impact on both top line and bottom line growth.
Amazon's return-to-office policy requires you to be office-based 3 days per week.
Key job responsibilities
As the Head of Fire Tablets, you will lead a team focused on delivering new products, driving demand, optimizing the customer experience (in close relationship with the WW product teams and through a variety of functional areas including customer research, customer analytics, naming, packaging, branding, visual design, copy and offline marketing).
**You will**:
- Deliver against ambitious sales goals and drive customer engagement.
- Manage a multi-disciplinary team of Product Marketing / Go to Market, Sales & Marketing Managers and Engagement Managers.
- Partner with business leadership across the company at all levels in initiating, prioritizing and driving the business vision and strategy.
- Develop product roadmap and sales & engagement plans to meet key business objectives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
