AMXL is Amazon's End to End operations for Heavy and Bulky items, responsible for delivering packages (and smiles) to households/businesses across the planet. Our finance team closely partners to support this rapidly expanding business while building a connected network from Inbound, Fulfillment, Delivery Stations, trucks, and technology to deliver customers' Heavy and Bulky packages on time - and installing them at their home sometimes. As part of the AMXL Finance team, you will join a team that is passionate about numbers, data, and how to use them to generate insights and improve our business. This role leads the organization responsible for innovation, and building our Financial Systems and Automation to ensure we can provide the organization the best information possible to drive the right Long Term decision.
**Location is flexible**: Role can be located in Luxembourg, Madrid, Milan, or London.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead a team of Business Intelligence Engineers and Financial Analysts
- Communicates data (both written and verbal) in a clear, concise, and unambiguous manner. Your communications drive critical business actions.
- Earn trust of your business partners to influence and support tactical and strategic business decisions driving business improvements and cost reductions
- Build state of the art systems, portals and dashboard for the entire End to End AMXL operations
- Hire, develop and mentor peers and team members, while promoting knowledge-sharing
- Experience with managing Business Intelligence teams and Processes
- Project Management experience to drive prioritization and multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with International Organizations, building relationships and influencing worldwide visions
