**Finance & Controlling Advisor**

Based at Group HQ South of Luxembourg

**Role**:
As a Finance & Controlling Advisor at Group level, your role will involve providing financial guidance and support to the organization's management team and stakeholders of several subsidiaries, and more specifically including:

- Financial Analysis: Conducting in-depth financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to provide insights into the company's financial performance. Identifying trends, risks, and opportunities and presenting findings to the management team.
- Financial Planning and Budgeting: Collaborating with various departments to develop annual budgets, financial plans, and long-term forecasts. Monitoring and tracking performance against budgets and forecasts, highlighting areas of concern, and recommending corrective actions.
- Management Reporting: Preparing regular financial reports, management dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide accurate and timely financial information to stakeholders. Presenting financial results and analysis to management and assisting in decision-making processes.
- Financial Compliance: Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies. Conducting internal audits and reviews to identify any potential non-compliance issues and implementing corrective actions as required.
- Financial Modeling: Developing financial models and scenarios to support strategic initiatives, business plans, and investment decisions. Evaluating the financial viability and potential risks of new projects or ventures.
- Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to streamline financial processes, improve efficiency, and enhance data accuracy.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identifying financial risks and implementing measures to mitigate them. Conducting risk assessments, developing risk management strategies, and providing recommendations to minimize financial risks.

**Profile**:

- Master’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, or any related field
- Proven working background in finance at a commercial or industrial company (at least 5 years) with a proven relevant experience as Financial Controller or Finance Manager.
- Autonomous and able to take the initiative.
- Able to communicate at all level of the organisation.
- Fluent in English, French and/or German
