We are looking for a student in the last year of master’s degree for a paid curricular internship with the goal of offering a permanent contract afterwards.
GOTOfreedom is a leading Executive Search & Recruitment Agency, specializing in talent acquisition and headhunting for the financial sector. As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team and contribute to our success.
Also, we have recently changed our internal software, decreasing the amount of administrative tasks and initiating a journey towards automation. Hence, it will not be one of those usual administrative support roles at all
**Your role**:
You will deep dive into the world of recruitment and financial services, putting into practice the trainings you will receive and taking advantage of the knowledge shared by the team.
You will take part to the development of our new HR Advisory service by conducting trends and market watch to feed Consultants and CEO, having a real impact on the closing of deals and the presentation to clients.
**Your profile**:
We are looking for a synthetic, analytic, curious, and fast-learning student pursuing a master’s degree in finance, economics, international business, law, or a related field.
You have a good command of English, and any other languages are welcome. Our team can speak 7 languages for the time being.
Good command of PowerPoint and Excel will be necessary.
You already had an international experience and are interested in building an international career in the country with the highest percentage of expats in Europe.
**GOTOfreedom’s Consultant view**:
It will be a unique opportunity to work hand to hand with our Consultants and be exposed to Directors and clients.
You will learn about project management and change management, being part of the evolution.
You will also learn about the players in the market, their roles as companies and the roles of their employees, and about the asset management industry.
