**Job Summary**: Become a part of our reservations team & take care of our reservations requests for our hotels Melia Luxembourg & INNSiDE by Melia Luxembourg. We are looking for an additional colleague to support our team

**What will I be doing?**
- Maintain guest profiles by updating and ensuring the latest information is retained in their profile
- To provide a professional, efficient, informative & friendly service to all clients

**What are we looking for?**
- Passion for the job
- Previous experience at the Front Office department is a plus
- Apprenticeship / training in hospitality
- English and French/German language skills, any other language would be an advantage.
- Positive attitude & outgoing personality
- Great conversational skills & teamwork-orientated
- Ability to understand guests' service needs.
- Ability to be well organized, maintain concentration, think clearly when multi-tasking and providing service to multiple guests and/or clients within any given period.
- Ability to focus on details.
- Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
