BTO is an independent Italian research centre providing consultancy services to major European companies. The headquarter is in Milan with offices in Turin, Bologna, Rome, Luxembourg City, Vienna and Munich. BTO works closely with an international network of renowned universities and Senior IT Executives, CIOs, to transform applied research into tangible value for both major companies and academia, supporting corporate roles in understanding digital business trends and transformations.

Today about 300 people work at BTO, making it a young, dynamic and unique environment, as well as driving exponential national and international growth.

**Business Development & Account Manager - International Team**:
To expand our Sales team, we are looking for a Business Development & Account Manager the BTO International office located in Luxembourg.

The person will support the Country Manager in BTO Luxembourg and He/She will be responsible for all the clients located in this area as well as of the development of the new business locally and in the French and German neighbouring countries.

Will have broad horizontal skills, which he/she will put into practice for:
Develop new relationships with potential clients and develop a client portfolio;
Communicate with clients, potential clients and gathering information about a project’s scope, budgets and timelines;
Meet with other executives to discuss clients’ project goals, progress and outcomes;
Manage developed client’s portfolio;
Forecast and maintain a P&L and KPIs;
Defining commercial strategy in the area of competence;
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients;
Increase customer loyalty;
Search new leads and turn them into concrete sales opportunities.

**Skills and requirements**:
Bachelor’s Degree;
At least 5 years of previous experience in Sales, preferably in consulting company;
Solid personal local network;
Fluent in English and French, German and/or Italian is a plus;
Optimal knowledge of Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
Work Permit for Luxembourg is required.

Experience building excellent relationships, offering value added, strategic insights;
Great negotiation skills;
Passionate about digital;
Team working skills;
Highly motivated; achievement-driven.

**Other assets/plus**:
Project Management knowledge and/or expertise in Consulting;
