Based on the experience of more than 3.000 missions done per year, LAR has become one of the leading players worldwide, concerning quality and reliability in the air rescue & air ambulance business.
In its Part 145 Maintenance Department, Luxembourg Air Ambulance (LAA) as part of LAR group, is currently looking for a:
**Storekeeper **(M/F)
Full time
**Responsibilities**:
The Storekeeper:
- Selects parts and service suppliers based on operational needs (cost effectivity or TAT).
- Orders parts and services as required (based on cost effectivity or TAT).
- Evaluates suppliers based on KPI’s (on time delivery, warranty cases) and /or supplier evaluations.
- Handles warranty issues and negotiation of warranty claims.
- Manages the stock of spare parts, consumables and tools.
- Handles the stock mínima and inventory control.
- Prepares and provides spare parts, tools and material to the maintenance department.
- Inspects delivered components and goods, in regard to the related documents, packing and condition.
- Is responsible for all shipments of components (exchange, repair, overhaul, AOG parts support).
- Ensures regular reporting to the Store Purchase Manager and if needed to the Senior Maintenance Manager.
- Participates in audits (EASA, ISO).
- Assure that the internal/external regulations applicable for the job are fulfilled
- Assist organizing and maintaining store as per internal procedures and 6S concept.
Must Have Requirements
- At least secondary technical education, accomplished apprenticeship in a technical field or equivalent.
- At least two-years’ experience in a similar position, preferably in aviation
- Capacity to understand technical and commercial matters
- Is computer literate (MS-Office, Aerotrac, Amos or other store management IT tools).
- Fluent in English (Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory)
- Good communication skills & team spirit.
- Is able to work in accordance with procedures & standards specified in a highly regulated environment.
- Works independently & acting in a responsible manner.
- Is flexible & open to a versatile work environment.
- Is able to cope with pressure & respecting deadlines.
Nice To Have Requirements
- Luxemburgish, German and/or French are considered as an asset
- Knowledge of EASA & dangerous goods regulation is an asset.
