**Who are we looking for**:

- Senior Algorithmic Trader - Options Manager_

We are looking for a quantitative options trading manager for the creation and execution of algorithmic strategies with predictive capabilities in various assets, especially cryptocurrencies. Demonstrable experience in managing or developing profitable, algorithmic options strategies with predictive analytics, risk control and that are persistent is a must. And some knowledge in high frequency systems, options market making.

You will have your own investment portfolio, create, support and supervise the rest of the options trading strategies, improving the risks and the quality of the executions.

You will work closely with our team of traders, engineers and data scientists for trading algorithmic infrastructure support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop algorithms and analytical systems for option market making and systematic volatility trading.
- He will lead several portfolios of assets, products, strategies and algorithmic options systems, including his own portfolio.
- Collaborate with analysts to improve algorithms, agility and execution.
- Creation and improvement of new prototypes through simulation and backtesting.
- Risk management, periodic monitoring including other members' portfolios.
- Collaborate with other teams, including: strategy reviews, code and common programming advice.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in options trading is essential.
- Academic or postgraduate quantitative training; Applied Mathematics.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Knowledge of C++ languages.
- In-depth knowledge of the financial sector: Algorithmic, High Frequency Trading, Derivatives Trading, Options trading.
- An analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently, but in a collaborative team environment.
- Deep curiosity about financial trading and the blockchain digital ecosystem.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, persistent and disciplined with a high degree of motivation and involvement.
- High level of English, fluent oral and written communication.

**Experience**:

- 2 to 3 years of proven experience as a quantitative trader.
- Solid Python skills, 2-3 years.
- Experience in developing financial algorithms, with predictive analytics and risk control.

**Other required skills**:

- Data Mining, Big data, Quants, Machine Learning, HFT, Market Making, Pure and cross, Arbitrage of different modalities.

**Evaluation criteria**:

- Provide figures or documents.
- Trading history.
- Examples of returns with maximum drawdown.
- Maximum volume of capital managed.
- Performance and risk management evaluation of your trading skills or strategies.
- Have worked in companies in the financial sector, in high-frequency systems and market creation.
