**About the Role**:
For our** Ferrero HQ** in Luxembourg we are currently looking for a **Commercial Controlling Specialist** who will be reporting to APAC MEA Commercial Controller within Finance department.
**Main Responsibilities**:
With respect to the Company's guidelines and objectives you will prepare yearly budget and medium-term planning for various business areas including 6 Regions in Asia, Middle East and Africa.
As part of the controlling team for area APAC MEA Commercial you will develop periodic forecasts according to Company guidelines and objectives and monitor monthly business performance. You will prepare according to the group guidelines the monthly report of the Area business performance for the Global management team.
Further more you will contribute to the team's objectives by providing analysis and interpretation of statistical and accounting information in order to evaluate costing analysis against budget, forecast and previous years.
As a part of this team, you will be highly focused on the analysis area, in particular on: analyzing costs, and revenues of the Regions and advising on potential risk and opportunities, analyzing and allocating Cost Centers and analyzing variances and Reports development.
Among these, part of your responsibility involves the management of the SAP Controlling Module, Month End reporting calendar and procedures while you will also have to collect information being thus one of the contacts for internal and external audits.
**Who we are looking for**:
You will bring your university degree background in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance, or in other related fields.
With 5-7 years of experience in a Finance department you have a strong background in Finance ideally, in a similar supportive role. Having experience in interacting with different stakeholders within an organization of a multinational FMCG company will be appreciated.
Your advanced knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint and strong interest about financial analysis preparation, accounting, planning, taxes, or administration as well as your experience working with SAP will help you achieve your role's objectives.
You bring an analytical mindset, a proactive approach and you enjoy working with a significant amount of data.
You work in a timely manner, and you can properly prioritize tasks.
Being an excellent written and oral communicator in English, enthusiastic about working both individually and as part of a Team you support a continuous improvement culture being able to adapt easily in an ever-changing environment.
