About the role
As a TA Assistant Manager, you will join a team of Finance professionals within an international and growing working environment. You will have the opportunity to join a fast-moving structure with growth possibilities
A prerequisite for this new role is the experience of Oversight of external TA and to develop a Control Environment around external Transfer Agents.
This role provides support and oversight to the Transfer Agency activities of the Luxembourg management Company.
Duties/Responsibilities- Solid AML background- Daily screening of Register against PEP and Sanction List- Support ongoing Account Remediation- Transaction Approval and review- Support Oversight of external TA- Support Complaints handling- Service Reviews- Participate and lead small level projects- Action daily tasks in line with procedures- Procedure Review and Update- Review of Blocked Accounts- Shareholder Mailings- Prepare data for Reporting to CSSF and Fund Board- Fluent English (verbal and written)- Prior experience in Transfer Agency- University degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
