Our client, an independent governance company of the PSF type in the financial sector, provides governance services for other companies. Located in the heart of the city, our client is looking to strengthen its team of thirty individuals, in a human and highly entrepreneurial environment.
**Senior Compliance Officer/RC - The role will involve**:
- Supporting clients in their daily compliance obligations, addressing their questions, and guiding them through regulations.
- Supervising the work of compliance assistants to ensure effective task execution.
- Maintaining and developing the company's compliance policies and procedures.
- Drafting compliance-related reports and conducting client risk assessments.
- Providing support in due diligence processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
- A degree in business law, business administration, finance, or economics.
- Between 3 and 5 years of experience in financial compliance in Luxembourg.
- Knowledge of the funds industry, including traditional and alternative funds.
- Excellent proficiency in English, knowledge of German, French, or other European languages is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
