**Senior Compliance Officer/RC : The Function**
- You will develop the AIFM Compliance function **(2nd line of defence)**in close collaboration with the Chief Compliance Officer / MLRO.
- You will be responsible for the development and execution of the compliance audit programme for AIFM in Luxembourg
- You will be in charge of **RC mandates** for Luxembourg **funds.**:
- You will participate in the creation, updating and improvement of the relevant policies (Compliance
- / AML-Policy, etc.).
- You will carry out UBO analyses independently and manage reports to the RBE register.
- You will be actively involved in monitoring our service providers and external partners, in collaboration with the relevant departments.
- You will ensure that new regulations are implemented correctly.
**Senior Compliance Officer/RC : Your Profile**
- You hold a **master's degree** in banking/finance or in the legal field
- You have at least **6 to 10 years' experience** in a similar position in a **Luxembourg ManCo / AIFM** or in a reputable audit/consulting firm.
- You will have experience of **alternative investment funds**.
- You will have a good knowledge of Luxembourg AML and AIFM legislation and experience in drafting SAR/STR policies, reports and declarations.
- You have a perfect command of **German and English** (knowledge of another language, such as French, is an asset).
