We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate to join our Transfer Agency team. This role is located in Luxembourg - hybrid.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Develop deep understanding of Transfer Agency functionalized teams
- Build a thorough understanding of the client’s business and requirements
- Work as part of a dynamic team to service multiple clients
- Oversees the administration of multiple clients, duties which will include, but are not limited to:
- Account opening
- Static updates/amendments
- Account closures/obfuscations
- Oversight of Offshore Partners in strategic BNY locations to deliver first class service to clients
- Client escalations
- Auditor coordination and query resolution
- Error reviews and ownership
- Procedure updates and maintenance
- New business onboarding
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Financial services background preferred.
- Experience in fund administration/transfer agency processes advantageous.
- Effective written and oral communication skills with a proven ability to communicate with clients and team members. Proficiency in English.
- Excellent technical and numerical skills, with accurate analysis & checking of work.
- Have a flexible attitude responding to the varying demands experienced in a financial services environment.
- Develop own knowledge, to include the financial products used by our clients, operational procedures within the department and those of our internal stakeholders and current market developments.
