We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Processing II to join our Transfer Agency operations team. This role is located in Luxembourg - HYBRID.
**In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways**:
Work with various TA off-shore Teams to open and maintain shareholder registers.
Answers inquiries from Clients and Investors.
Work with various TA off-shore Teams to avoid any challenge on clients deliverable.
Work with various TA off-shore Teams to resolves any issues that could occur.
Work with various TA off-shore Teams to support day-to-day reporting activities, including shareholder static data setup and maintenance.
Perform routine and non-routine client service and transactional support functions.
Provide analytics and reporting services, working to improve and automate transaction processing systems.
Participate in straightforward product development, product enhancement, and system testing to ensure that products continue to accurately and efficiently process high value transactions.
Solve problems based on an understanding and knowledge of the intricacies of the system.
Support digitization and risk awareness culture through strong controls
**To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following**:
Fluent spoken and written English language skills.
Experience in written & spoken client communication is preferable.
Ability to withstand work pressure and deliver with speed and accuracy.
Strong PC skills (including Microsoft® Word, Excel, etc.). Investran knowledge will be considered as an asset.
Flexibility towards tasks assigned, job timing and scope of responsibility.
Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
3-5 years of total work experience, preferred in corporate environment.
Previous experience in Financial Services preferred.
