**Investment Fund Lawyer : The Function**
- Advise clients on the legal structuring of investment funds (UCITS, AIFs).
- Draft and review fund prospectuses, offering documents, and constitutional documents.
- Conduct due diligence for fund transactions, mergers, and restructuring.
- Draft and negotiate agreements, including investment management agreements, depositary agreements, and distribution agreements.
- Provide guidance on cross-border fund distribution and passporting procedures.
Investment Fund Lawyer : Your Profile
- You hold a **Master** in Law or in a similar field
- Fluent in **French** and **English** (any other languages will be a plus)
- You have a deep knowledge of **Investment Fund (AIF/UCITS)**:
- Previous experience of **at least 5 years** as an Investment Fund Lawyer **(List 1 or 4)** **in Luxembourg** is mandatory for this position
- You are a proactive person, able to work in autonomy but also to be part of a team
- You own strong **analysis skills** completed by good **communication skills**
