**Corporate Relationship Manager - Work Life Balance Preserved
**For a stable Corporate Service Provider** in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a Corporate Relationship Manager to join an **experienced and multicultural team** of corporate, compliance and accounting professionals. The company specialized in providing **services** such as domiciliation, advisory, accounting, independent directorship to a **wide range of companies** comprised of investment funds, holdings, securitization, and commercial companies.

As Luxembourg legislation is constantly evolving, the department will continue to develop, and you will therefore have the opportunity to **participate in the development** and the implementation of new procedures in order to remain in compliance with the legislation and provide the clients with excellent services.

**Your Responsibilities **|** Corporate - Fiduciary - Luxembourg**
- Incorporation and liquidation of companies (establishment of legal entities, coordinating all relations between tax authorities and legal professional services firms, coordinating relations with banks, tax authorities, notaries, and lawyers) ;
- Team management : review of work performed by junior colleagues ;
- Day to day administrative management and accounting (manage daily financial and accounting operations and follow up with third parties) ;
- Legal tasks such as the organization of board meetings, attending and drafting minutes of board meetings, shareholder meetings, update of shareholder registers, follow up of all legal formalities.

**Profile and Career Path **|** Corporate - Fiduciary - Luxembourg**
- You are fluent in English, and French (writing and speaking) ;
- You have at least 4 years of experience within a Corporate Service Provider in Luxembourg ;
- You hold a Bachelor degree in law, economics, or accounting ;
- Sound knowledge of legal, accounting, and tax principles.

- Gross salary per year up to 65.000€, and a variable bonus depending on your performance ;
