**We are seeking a People Services Supervisor**
Business Services are the backbone of KPMG, crucial to setting our business on the path to success. Our Business Services staff connect the dots, converging the right people and the right technologies to ensure an exemplary, effective and signature client experience.
**What you will be working on**
Team and Project Management supervision:
- Be involved in the improvement of the HR Service's processes
- Participate to projects and HRIS system's testing on punctual basis
- Coordinate, coach and develop the team of HR Administration Generalists & Specialists
- Quality checks and manage the risks
- Plan, organize and allocate the tasks within the team
- Manage more sensitive/complex situations with the Team Leaders
- Support the growth and yearly performance assessment of the team members
Contracts and documents preparation:
- Check and review the accuracy of the employment contracts, addendum, work certificates, reference checks and other documents to be issued by the People & Culture Department
- Prepare new hires' files and follow up of employment contracts
- Collaborate with Payroll to prepare leaving packages
Data and Absence Management:
- Perform legal declarations such as overtime, sickness leave
- Liaise with Payroll on absence refunds from the State (Mutualité, CIF, etc.)
- Record and update the HRIS software on a daily basis
- Ensure both manual and computerized HR records are kept up to date
People support/advice:
- Provide advice on labor law issues and on new laws/processes or on any administrative topics
Reporting & Communication:
- Prepare and submit reports with People information (Overtime/vacation/Illnesses) to the other People & Culture teams and/or People Services Team Leader / Head of People & Culture
- Preparation of the Time Credit Account and thirteenth month employee's data for the Payroll Team
- Contribute to preparation of the HR annual budget (Employee Services part)
- Check and review our employee files to make sure that we are compliant with our policies and regulatory requirements
- Prepare the communication to the employees to explain internal processes and policies
- Prepare and facilitate training/information sessions to employees
**What we look for**
- Graduated with a Bachelor in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Has a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Has a good knowledge of the Luxembourgian labor law and social security
- Manages the MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Has good organizational and adaptation skills
- Shows excellent communication skills with the ability to make the information accessible to a large audience
- A very good English level and French, German will be an asset
