Le **Flight Feasibility Officer**est un membre clé de l'équipe de coordination pré-vol, qui opère au sein de l'environnement dynamique et en constante évolution du Centre de Contrôle des Opérations chez Jetfly. Ce rôle est crucial, car l'officier réalise l'étude initiale de faisabilité du vol qui permet à Jetfly de confirmer le vol pour le client. De plus, l'officier peut proposer des solutions opérationnelles alternatives qui s'alignent autant que possible avec la demande initiale du client.

Avec un état d'esprit proactif et orienté vers les solutions, le Flight Feasibility Officer communique efficacement avec les différents départements et joue un rôle essentiel dans l'atteinte des objectifs de l'organisation. Il/elle reporte à la fois au Superviseur de la Coordination Pré-vol et au Responsable de l'Aviation de Groupe.

**Description du poste**
- Réaliser l'étude initiale de faisabilité du vol, incluant:

- Vérification des NOTAM
Analyse de la performance
Évaluation des services nécessaires (par exemple, ATS, radio en anglais, RFFS, OPR, etc.)
Catégorisation des aéroports
Optimisation des itinéraires standard
Analyser et proposer des solutions opérationnelles alternatives.
- Suivre et mettre à jour les études de vol à mesure que la date du vol approche.
- Servir de point de contact principal pour les départements Commercial et Réservations lors de la phase de pré-planification.
- Favoriser la collaboration proactive avec les différents départements du IOCC.
- Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus internes en collaboration avec le Superviseur.
- Rester informé des dernières évolutions et mises à jour dans le domaine.

**Qualifications et expérience requises**
- Certificat de dispatching de vol et/ou expérience dans un rôle de dispatching de vol.
- Une expérience dans l'aviation est un atout.
- Esprit proactif et orienté vers les solutions.
- Grande attention aux détails et à la précision.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français (d'autres langues sont un plus).
- Résolution de problèmes avec confiance et excellentes compétences en communication.
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles.
- Capacité à appliquer une pensée logique.

The **Flight Feasibility Officer** is an integral member of the Pre-Flight Coordination team, which operates within the dynamic and ever-evolving environment of the Operations Control Center at Jetfly. This role is crucial, as the officer conducts the initial flight feasibility study that enables Jetfly to confirm the flight for the customer. Additionally, the officer may propose alternative operational solutions that align as closely as possible with the customer’s original request.

With a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, the Flight Feasibility Officer communicates effectively across departments and plays a vital role in helping the organization achieve its goals. They report to both the Pre-Flight Coordination Supervisor and the Group Flight Dispatch Manager.

Job description
- Conduct the initial flight feasibility study, including:

- NOTAM check
- Performance analysis
- Assessment of required services (e.g., ATS, English radio, RFFS, OPR, etc.)
- Airport categorization
- Standard route optimization
- Analyze and propose potential alternative operational solutions.
- Monitor and update flight studies as the flight date approaches.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the Sales and Reservation departments during the pre-planning phase.
- Foster proactive collaboration with various IOCC departments.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes in collaboration with the Supervisor.
- Stay informed about the latest developments and updates within the field.

To fulfill this position successfully, your qualifications and experience shall include:

- Flight Dispatcher certificate and/or experience in a flight dispatcher role.
- Aviation experience is an asset.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- **Fluent in English and French**(additional languages are a plus).
- Confident problem solver with excellent communication skills.
