Jetfly is a market leader in business aviation and is based in Luxembourg. The company offers access to a fleet of aircraft through the concept of shared ownership, with 450 Jetfly Owners across Germany and Europe. The Jetfly fleet is composed of 60 Pilatus aircraft (PC-12 and PC-24). The Pilatus has come to exemplify the unique combination of Swiss engineering and dedicated craftsmanship, yielding a superior flight, passenger, and operator experience that is truly beyond comparison. A brand-new aircraft has also recently joined our fleet: the Cirrus SF50, the world's first single-engine private jet.

As Jetfly continues to grow, we are looking for an energetic and motivated **Sales Director** to strengthen our **Sales Department** and expand our presence in **Eastern Europe**.

This senior role involves developing and enriching a portfolio of Jetfly Owners, while also playing a key part in building brand awareness and business development in the Eastern European market. The primary objective is to establish and nurture contact with Jetfly’s target audience, generating new, high-quality sales opportunities in line with the company’s growth strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify and pursue qualified prospects throughout the designated market by using business intelligence tools, industry publications, local and international press, and your personal/professional network.
- Represent Jetfly Group unique offer, in particular sales of shares in co-owned aircraft to UHNWIs, family offices, and corporate clients.
- Secure and conduct qualified, face-to-face meetings with potential clients and intermediaries.
- Develop strong relationships through consistent follow-up and deep understanding of client needs.

Sales Operations & Proposal Management
- Prepare tailored flight calculations to determine optimal Jetfly solutions and pricing.
- Generate proposals, coordinate meeting materials, and organize client presentations.
- Request flight studies in cooperation with the Flight Feasibility department
- Organize and oversee demo flights in close cooperation with internal teams.
- Manage the contract process: prepare documents, handle signatures, and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
- Gather and distribute onboarding information for newly signed clients to relevant departments for a seamless client experience.
- Occasionally coordinate charter flights to meet ad hoc client needs.

CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (Pipedrive), ensuring all leads, interactions, and documents are properly logged.
- Track and analyze sales KPIs to ensure pipeline health and performance visibility.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Director of Sales to ensure alignment on regional campaigns and prospect communication.
- Submit sales reports, forecasts, and market insights as requested by management.

**Profile & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, client relationship management, or a luxury client-facing role.
- Native-level in the local language and fluent English (written and spoken) are required; additional European languages are a plus.
- Demonstrating discretion and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- High degree of autonomy, maturity, and professionalism.
- Proven negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills both verbally and written.
- Experience using CRM platforms (Pipedrive, Salesforce, or equivalent).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
