**Description**
- Leveren van hoogwaardig juridisch advies over een breed scala aan onderwerpen om Quintet te helpen juridische risico's te identificeren, te beheren en te rapporteren;
- Proactief in gesprek gaan met belanghebbenden om de toegevoegde waarde aan te tonen van het vroegtijdig betrekken van een advocaat bij belangrijke zaken met betrekking tot cliëntbeheer;
- Je eigen werklast beheren met betrekking tot algemeen bank
- en vermogensbeheer;
- Proactief in gesprek gaan met de business en stakeholders;
- Samenwerken met collega's in heel Europa over gemeenschappelijke onderwerpen, een gemeenschappelijke aanpak hanteren en best practices volgen.
**Profile**
- Jurist op middelbaar tot hoog niveau met ervaring in financiële diensten in Luxemburg, hetzij vanuit een in-house rol of vanuit een vooraanstaand advocatenkantoor in financiële diensten in Luxemburg;
- Bij voorkeur ervaring met MiFID II, procesvoering of het beheer van kredietcontracten;
- Positief, proactief en groeigericht;
- Het vermogen om zelfstandig, transparant en proactief met belanghebbenden te werken;
- In staat om een breed verantwoordelijkheidsgebied op zich te nemen en tegenstrijdige deadlines te halen;
- vertrouwd zijn met zelfstandig werken om de werklast te beheren en als onderdeel van een klein Europees netwerk in Luxemburg met collega's in Nederland, Duitsland en België;
- In staat om verschillende onderwerpen tegelijkertijd te behandelen met conflicterende deadlines;
- Effectieve mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden, en comfortabel met het presenteren van oplossingen aan belanghebbenden die gemakkelijk te begrijpen zijn.
